General Office Manager, a leading online horse racing beƫng site operating in the US since 2009 with over 75mil USD in annual sales, is looking for a talented and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office management principles and procedures and will be able to effectively manage and coordinate the efficient day-to-day operations of our office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, scheduling appointments, and managing the
    office budget.
  • Ensure employees within the office have everything necessary for them to succeed at their jobs
    and help remove any obstacles to success where possible.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including preparing reports, managing
    calendars, and handling travel arrangements.



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in office management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient spoken and written English.
