Royal Ascot Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: The Royal Ascot Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Must be 21 years or older. Must opt-in to the Royal Ascot Giveaway promotion. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AmWager (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.
• Giveaway Period: June 14th – June 21st, 2025
• How to Enter: Participants can earn one entry per day, up to a maximum of 7 entries, by following these steps: Log into their AmWager account. Opt-in to the Royal Ascot Giveaway promotion. Entries will be automatically recorded once the opt-in is confirmed.
• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• Prizes: Three winners will receive a Royal Ascot merch prize pack. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Customers must remain in good standing to be eligible for all promotions. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
• General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
• Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries, notifications, or prizes.
• Privacy: Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
• By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
