Betting on Horse$ Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Betting on Horse$ Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Must be 21 years or older. Must opt-in to the Betting on Horse$ Giveaway promotion. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AmWager (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.
- Giveaway Period: April 11th-17th, 2026
- How to Enter: Participants can earn one entry per day, up to a maximum of 7 entries, by following these steps: Log into their AmWager account. Opt-in to the Betting on Horse$ Giveaway promotion. Entries will be automatically recorded once the opt-in is confirmed.
- Winner Selection: Three winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- Prizes: One of three copies of Betting on Horse$, by Chris Larmey. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Account must remain in good standing to be eligible for all promotions. Returned deposits during the promotional period will cancel eligibility to participate. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
- General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
- Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries, notifications, or prizes.
- Third-Party Information Sharing: By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that their contact information will be shared with the prize provider solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment.
