Hanover Raceway

Hanover Raceway is a horse-racing track in Hanover, Canada. It opened in 1963 at 265 5th St

History

Its corporate name is Hanover, Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society, located at Ontario’s Hanover at the Fairgrounds, specifically at the 265 5th St.  Hanover, ON N4N 3T1, operated by Hanover Bentinck & Brant Agricultural Society. A racetrack that also features a casino with slot machines as well as an extensive simulcast wagering schedule. It is the only harness racing establishment in Grey-Bruce.  The live horse racing schedule is set from May to September, which also exhibits Horse shows, Beef and Dairy Cattle competitions, Sheep, Llama’s, 4-H displays, Amusement rides and games, and entertainment.

It features a ½ mile harness racing track for standardbreds and also more than 300 slots, eight live dealer table games, the two restaurants and a full-service bar inside the casino. Also offers a simulcast lounge and HPIBET location. Their Coach House Restaurant closed on January 31, 2019, but the Gateway’s signature restaurant brands MATCH Eatery & Public House in the rear of the facility and The Buffet in the casino was opened.

They also offer a 42 and 55″ High Definition TVs, as well as 21″ individual televisions in 11 individual carousels. Customers can also cash their vouchers or address any concerns with equipment or programming with the Slot Bar staff or Management through the live teller who is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
