Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: The Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Must be 21 years or older. You must opt in to the Giveaway promotion. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AmWager (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.
• Giveaway Period: May 24th- 30th, 2025.
• How to Enter: Participants can earn one entry per day, up to a maximum of seven entries, by following these steps: Log into their AmWager account. Opt in to the Giveaway promotion. Entries will be automatically recorded once the opt-in is confirmed.
• Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• Prizes: $250 promotional wagering credit, $150 promotional wagering credit, $100 promotional wagering credit. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Promotional wagering credits deposited to a player’s account must be wagered and cannot be withdrawn from the account. Any winnings from those wagers are cash and can be withdrawn. Any portion of the unused promotional credits expire after 30 days. Account must remain in good standing to be eligible for all promotions. Returned deposits during the promotional period will cancel eligibility to receive promotional wagering credit. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
• General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
• Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications.
• Privacy: Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
• By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
