Good day and thanks for checking in on this blog entry. In this article, I will be offering some quick thoughts and ideas on four races taking place at Bluffs Run Greyhound Park.

All four races will be second-round races in the $60,000 Finale Stakes – they will be run over the 550-yard course.

Race #1 – This second round race will feature one of the best greyhounds in the country in #6 Boc’s Tony Romo. The inside part of the track should be open for his tremendous late kick. I will be using the #1 Illuminate and the #7 Barts Bold Ruler with Tony Romo in quinielas and box exactas.

Race #2 – I will be keying off the #8 XKT Jim Thurber in this contest. Thurber appears to be very well posted as the #6 Lahaina wants inside and the #7 Dutch Connor has no early speed and appears to be outclassed. I will use the #2 O Ya Spunky, the #3 JD Iconic and the #6 Lahaina with the eight in quinielas.

Race #4 – The #7 Boc’s Executive is easily the greyhound to beat in this second round race. Executive comes into this race on a major form spree – having won three of this last five races. I will narrow down in this race and only use the #1 B’s Silver Wings and #2 L Bumble Bee with the favorite.

I will start off the Pick-4 using those three greyhounds (1,2,7) – On all my extra Pick-4 tickets I will single Boc’s Executive.

Race #8 – I think the #1 It All Worx Out is in a great spot to get a piece of the trifecta at a decent price. Worx Out is a rail runner who should benefit when the #2 O Ya Spike and the #4 Driven Dreams go wide in the first turn. I will take a bit of a stab and key the #1 Worx Out second and third in trifectas behind the #6 Dk’s Gator Roll and the #8 Helpme Helpyou – who scored an easy win from the same post in round one.

Thanks for reading and good luck!!
